We started the process of purchasing our home somewhere in Sept. or Oct. of 2007. We had been to plenty of dealerships, looked, and looked and finally come across Prestige sales. We had open communication with the salesperson. It was delivered within almost 2 months of putting our deposit down.

One Stop Shopping With Prestige Home Centers
I was told by the salesperson to just pay the deductible and replace the carpet myself and they put cheap carpet in them anyways. I did not feel that after only having the house less than a year I should have to do any of that myself, I feel it is there responsibility. All business will get complaints.
He shook his head as if he couldn't do it that easily! Anyway, about 20 minutes later, we had electric! We could stay in the house that nite! Well, as I walked through the house putting in light bulbs, I noticed the kitchen light wasn't working.

Didn't realize that until afterwards...darn! I had to call because my daughter noticed the drain in her tub was not holding water. I was told to send him an email with as much info in it as possible . I am going to get to that as soon as I can as well.

I am fighting with the manufacturer to get it replaced. I suggest you stay away from Nobility Homes at all cost. Not alone the deal with the electric missing in part of the house and the repairman not being considerate of a new home with new carpet!
Do not buy from them unless you like wasting time and money. Anyways....A month or two went by as we were moving in and getting things where we wanted them, I finally contacted someone about the phone lines. So, I sent him a registered letter which I got back. He did manage to reach me on the phone though.
So I'm slowly watching my home I was so proud of slowly fall apart with mold and collapsing ceiling. Just be aware that the quality they talk about doesn't really exist nor will they fix the issue properly. We stopped in and looked at the new mobile homes and they were amazing. The staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions. We own a Nobility home now and will probably replace ours with a brand new Nobility home shortly because we liked what we seen and we liked the prices also.
Due to a mini stroke, I lost my good job and have no way to fix it. I tried contacting Nobility out of desparation to no avail. Not even the VA has any programs or help for me.
I do not believe they should even get one star. Owners who claim this profile can update information, boost SEO, and more. Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Nobility Homes has provided housing for almost 56,000 families since 1967. Nobility Homes can be found at 10 Prestige Home Center locations throughout Florida. Since most homes are shipped from the factory directly to the customer site, they avoid expensive freight and set up costs. Terrible experience dealing with Prestige and Nobility. No one follows up or follows through on anything. I don't even believe they actually have a service department.
We asked that the stairs face one way and they put them the other. The A/C unitl was put inbetween the stairs to the back door and the sliding class door. No sunroom for us in the future.
The phone company showed up that Friday afternoon to do their part along with the satellite guy. They kind of worked side by side...LOL! The phone guy installed 2 phone jacks for me in the 2 bedrooms and asked that I check them now that he was done. We checked for tone in the master bedroom, and nothing .
